Because of space limitations, this event is limited to the first 20 people who sign up...

Go to the Strong Skier Workshop and Learn:

  • The most common, but preventable, ski injuries
  • The importance of anerobic and aerobic training
  • How to perform a simple and safe warm-up routine
  • What you should have in your ski first-aid kit

"I still like to think of myself as young and invincible, but acute and chronic injuries quickly dispel that notion. Advance Physical Therapy has been critical in keeping me training through both cases. The PTs at APT have facilitated initial care and diagnosis, but maybe more critically, aided in getting back from 90% to 100%. Most recently with a sprained ankle, working with APT has built back the strength and trust to move quickly in the mountains and fully commit to power transfer on rollerskis.”"

Scott Patterson

Who is the Workshop For?

The Strong Skier Workshop is for enthusiastic skiers of all ages looking to get fit or get back on the slopes naturally without unnecessary medications, painful surgery, or expensive treatments.

Do you suffer from:

  • Pain in your knees from doing too much, too fast
  • Shoulder pain from falls or collisions
  • Weakness or lack of strength in your core, hips, or knees
  • Arthritic joints that restrict optimal strengthening

What Do Others Have To Say About The Workshop?

"Before coming to APU, I had never done any PT. After I had started working with APT, I realized how many things I had to improve on. I know I have avoided a lot of serious injuries by working with you guys! Thanks so much!”"
